Who we are

Ben has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, primarily as a financial officer. His career includes nearly 20 years at Merrill Lynch and senior roles at leading Irish banks. Working with Right-to-Homes, Ben discovered that a significant number of Irish home mortgages had been mis-sold during the Celtic Tiger era. He is now committed full time to helping individuals obtain compensation for mis-sold mortgages and securing fair interest rates.

Barry specialises in personal and corporate insolvency, particularly corporate recovery including examinerships, receiverships and liquidations. His contributions shaped the Personal Insolvency Act of 2012 and the Companies (Rescue Process for Small and Micro Companies) Act 2021. Barry is a regular contributor to national media, with articles featured in The Irish Times, The Irish Independent, The Sunday Business Post and The Law Society Gazette.
